Cuddy Bulkhead goes in with Laser Precision

The front bulkhead for the cuddy has to coaxed into place due to its curve. I screwed temporary blocks under the anchor deck cut at 12° along the curve and then screwed an extended edge of the bulkhead to the blocks while the epoxy set. Alignment and level were confirmed with the laser before committing with epoxy. Then the blocks where removed and the the bulkhead trimmed flush to the bottom of the anchor deck.

In this photo the middle and rear bulkheads are being built up flush to the stringer tops.

Below is the anchor deck enclosure and the 1/2’ foam added to the forward face of the bulkhead. I glassed in copper pipe at the corners of the deck and through to the hull for scuppers.
